Faculty of Pharmacy UBP Karawang Holds a Webinar with the Director of Drug Registration of the POM Agency, Director of Operations at PT. Bio Farma and Head of the Karawang Regency Covid-19 Task Force
The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Buana Perjuangan (UBP) Karawang collaborates with IAI Karawang Branch which has held a Webinar with the theme “who are the people vaccinated against” on Saturday, January 23, 2021, 09.00-15.00 via the Zoom Clouds Meeting application and through a live broadcast on the Faculty’s BEM YouTube channel. Vaccination is one of the newest forms of intervention aimed at reducing the transmission/transmission of COVID-19. The provision of the Covid-19 vaccine is expected to protect the community to achieve herd immunity.
The webinar was attended by approximately 700 participants ranging from pharmacists, pharmacist assistants, students to ordinary people and could run smoothly. The first speaker was dr.Fitra Hergyana, Sp.KK., M.H.Kes. as the spokesperson for the Karawang Regency Covid-19 Task Force conveyed material regarding the Karawang Regency Government’s plan to carry out the Covid-19 vaccination.
