The activity was carried out in the seminar room on the 3rd floor of the rectorate building starting at 08.00-12.00. The activity was carried out in an orderly manner and was greeted enthusiastically by the participants. The resource persons in this activity are Prof.Dr. Sucherly, S.E., MS. From Padjadjaran University, Bandung.

According to Ir. Uus M. D. Fadli, SE., MM “The Vision and Mission Study presented by Prof. Suherli refers to the basic theoretical and practical aspects of the overall strategic management study. The current study on the Vision of the UBP is considered not to fully reflect the actual UBP. As a new university, it should be built through a gradual vision that can be reached in the next 5 years, not directly on international competition”.

It is recommended to start from achieving local or national targets by having local characteristics or local wisdom on the basis of manufacturing, service, trade, tourism, agriculture, social or technology industries as an attractive competitive value that can be sold, valuable, and difficult to imitate by universities. another high.

A more observant and intelligent analysis of external maps is needed, especially in the local area of ​​Karawang/West Java to understand the environmental characteristics, as the carrying capacity of the potential development of UBP in the future. Prof. Suherli suggested that a more comprehensive study with users be carried out, to understand the user’s wishes in the future, as a benchmark for making UBP’s vision better.
